Part 6 of the "World Tour" epic. In Paris, DEATHSTROKE meets former Global Guardian FLEUR-DE-LIS. ANDRÉ CHAVARD (of the BOY COMMANDOS) reveals the origins of DEATHSTROKE's enemy: a man known as TUXEDO.
(Note: The original plot was entitled and took place in Saint-Tropez on the French Riviera and was changed at Erwin's request.)
